Before You Book

  • Sign your waiver first. It takes about a minute and you can download a copy. We'll confirm it again in person on the day.
  • Add-ons and coupon codes apply at checkout. Choose extras and enter any promo or gift-certificate code in the booking step — your total updates there before you pay.
  • Same-day bookings include a 1-hour prep buffer. We reset the room between sessions so every booking gets a safe, fully prepared smash space.
  • A 50% deposit books your session. It is non-refundable and comes off your total — the rest is due on the day. Rescheduling needs 24 hours notice and a $20 fee. Full policy
  • Closed-toe shoes are required. We supply the coveralls, gloves, face shield and chest protector.
